The tenants at 49 Arnold Street have been having a "barbeque" for nearly 8
hours now and much as I appreciate the noise "cut off" period over weekends
is extended, how many hours does one have to survive thumping music where
even the windows rattle? Is there any recourse?

residents to stop making a noise.
