[OctDev] video-1.0.0 build failed on octave-3.0.1 on cygwin

Hello I cannot build video-1.0.0 on octave-3.0.1 on cygwin. So I extracted the package and ./configure and make. I used ffmpeg-checkout-2008-05-05. The configure went well. (After some trouble) However at make AVHandler.cc:47: error: request for member `buf_ptr' in `((AVHandler*)this)->AVHan
