Happy to report that the OHRRPGCE works just fine in the Consumer
Preview of Windows 8 with no changes. Was able to install, and run
both CUSTOM and GAME (specifically Vikings) with no messing with
compatibility settings or anything else. Sounds, etc work perfectly.

When distribuding the windows version of game.exe from the Distribute Game Menu
while you are running in Windows, download game.exe instead of using the
currently
running copy. (the same way Linux and Mac do it)

FreeBasic 0.24 will be putting libraries in /usr/local/lib/freebasic instead of
/usr/local/lib/freebasic/linux
so add that location to the list of places that SConscript searches for fbrt0.o
