Add "keypress time" and keypress_time function
Also, documented that anykey doesn't include num/scroll/capslock or all joystick
buttons. Forgot to mention it!

I think I've fixed the linux builds now (although 32-bit builds didn't
happen yesterday... what might be the reason that it doesn't run when
nightlies built in other VMs presumably on the same machine do run?)
Anyway I notice something interesting with the android nightlies: they only
send an email
Oh, I just found in my spam box emails from the Dreamhost mailer saying
that the android cron emails were blocked. But the attached emails
("noname" attachements) contain only the email headers, not the bodies.

They never happened because svn was already updated by the ordinary android
nightlies
