Actually, the clipping in 8-bit mode is redundant to clipping done in
map_rgb_to_masterpal(), so that 2% is just noise.

Speed up Multiply blending (~24% in 24-bit depth, ~2% in 8-bit)
Turns out it's unnecessary to clip RGB to 256 provided alpha doesn't go above
256.
