Color processing now uses OpenColorIO.

OCIO is now a build-time optional dependency. (Defaulting to ON, if the library
can be found. If OCIO is not found, the build will continue but OCIO support
is disabled).
The binary ABI for OIIO is fixed no matter which build option

I just got blender (w/oiio) to compile about 10 min ago!!
