The bookmark feature in Okular. You add a new bookmark in Bookmarks - Add
Bookmark (Ctrl+B) and can rename bookmarks in the sidebar.

I think the reason is Nvidia-driver 270.41.06. I downgraded to 216.19.44 and
was not able to reproduce the problem. Also with nouveau driver i found no
similiar error.
