True, you can find the command line okular uses by running kdebugdialog and
enabling all okular debug ouput in there and then trying to print.

2. Can you make the first part of the Navigation panel optional? I only want
the thumbnails, not the extra menu to toggle between "contents, thumbnails,
reviews, bookmarks".

3. Can you remove the filter from on top of the Thumbnail view? You could make
it a search box in the menu bar - it doesn't belong in the prime spot on the
UI.

1. Whenever I open a pdf document, the default view in the Navigation panel is
contents. I switch it to Thumbnails every time. Please can you make it remember
this setting.
