I knew Bresenham only from CNC controllers, and spotted it in QPainter
documentation.
Could you maybe explain how it can be used for minification filtering, and how
it would be different to nearest-neighbour? (Focusing on Cairo.) Terms

Couldn’t the whole class ToolAction be replaced by KActionMenu now?
Just set the default action at startup and connect triggered(QAction*) to
setDefaultAction(QAction*) and Okular::Settings.

How would you feel if we moved to invent.kde.org now instead of waiting for the
final migration?
The bigger chance would be that "future" code reviews would be done through
gitlab instead of through phabricator.
