I notice it, but the problem is that the function to open the file is in the
part (KParts::ReadWritePart), which is created and added to the tab widget
before know if the file will be opened successfully

Nope, this revision can be abandoned as it no longer works.
The gitlab commit works way differently than the expected by these tests
here, which would only localize to the user locale.
