Stamps cannot be printed

Hi, iam trying to use stamps tool to sign a document to skip printing it, signing and scanning again to send it by mail but when i print as file the stamp was notthere, i tried physically printing it just fortesting but the stamp doesnt printing neither, i understand why stamps aro net visible on
