@Sven thanks for the refresher :)
Honestly the only good solution i see is getting the file keeper to work, and
hopefully after 12 years file watching has improved and the file keeper doesn't
break it.

Thanks for the screenshot, it looks indeed much bigger on 75% than on my
system! If I set zoom to 113% in Okular I get exactly the same

this eventual bug bugged me a week until the point that I changed the print
cartridge and after that the printer, I am pretty sure that I can print
perfectly from every other program because I checked it before coming her
