Not quite understand what you mean.
To reproduce the issue, the user:
* Open Okular
* Make some changes (annotation)
* reboot or turn off their PC
The update will disappear.
I have tested this on my laptop.

I noticed that function.
When the users restart or turn off their laptop,
the update without being saved will not be available.
