How have Okular automatically open last document when it's launched or
restarted ?
I searched almost an hour in configuration setting to no avail !
Can we make okular start with a remembered files that had been open in
the last session ?

Let's make shortcut for autoscroll either applied into mouse
preferrably (as usual on Windows is middle/wheel button press), or in
a simple control+key
Why does Okular fail to launch/perform normally ?
if tried with sudo now it'd work normal, and found this disaster sign:
