After installing KDE SC 4.4 RC 1, I have used okular intensively in the last
days and did not have a single crash for okular.
So thanks for the quick fix

Yes it was always the same backtrace, as far as I remember.
I have upgraded to KDE 4.4 beta 2 in the meantime, I will report back if I
still see the crash
