With the patch also mixed documents now print as one would expect.

As I already stated, the patch fixes *only* PDFs all other formats maybe still
encounter the problem. But they should be easily patchable too because we now
know whats wrong.

I reviewed the code changes and tested your patch with my test documents.
PDF is ok.
PS prints ok but the landscape document is not detected as landscape. So the
