It happens with _every_ pdf out there, not just specific ones.
I just create a latex document where I can see the problem. I'm attaching both
the .tex file and pdf.

Ok, can you please try to attach the exact file you use and the describe
exactly the options you have (trim, etc) so we can try to make it fail locally
