Ok this may be a dumb question, but did you install a proportionate valve?
One is required when you have disc Drum /Drum
combination. If you did it could be faulty or need adjustment. Pressure
needed for disc is different. Check out some of the forums
on Webrodder.com.

Update:
This morning I took the front discs appart and saw that the slide pins had
no grease left and was starting to corrode. I also noticed that one of the
driver side pads had uneven wear, one side of the pad had more wear than
the other.

Now that I have my brakes fixed time to move on the next problem. (I have
about 100 problems but I won't flood the list with them).

if moving your rotor is enough to rock the kingpins-they are really worn out
and should be addressed right now.
make sure your brakes are bled correctly-you may have air in left brake
line/caliper which allows less force to be applied to that side...
also-when buying brake pads-I choose to buy
Awesome, I'll hop on getting those king pins replaced soon. I actually
already have a kit to replace them ( I bought it a couple years ago when it
was on sale).
1 Are there any good articles out there on how to replace them?

ALL the brake pads, inner and outer on both sides didn't you? If not, that
could be the cause of your pull that is still remaining.
