I do it this way, never fail way!  1.  Remove the horn button- either pry out, loosen screws, or press down and turn-- depends on the type of horn button you are working on.  2.  Loosen the nut, and remove it. 3. Use a good penetrating oil to help loosen on the spline.  Relax and let it soak the
