1.) I still have my original 216 motor in my 1949 3600. Is it better for gas
mileage and general wear and tear to use Non-ethanol gas? If so should I use
the premium or regular stuff.
2.) How do I take my steering wheel off in an attempt to re-center it?
Thanks guys.
I am I supposed to have a horn relay on and 1952 3600? IF not, how is the
wiring supposed to go?

Steve, If you have a single horn, the wire coming out of the steering column
(from the button) is connected to the horn. The other horn wire goes to the
positive battery. If you have dual horns, a horn relay is usually used.
Positive battery connects to the relay, as well as ground
I only found 1 terminal on the horn? Shouldn’t it have 2 since it has to stay
isolated so the button can ground things and complete the circuit, correct?
I wire like “Tim the Toolman”

To remove the steering wheel you'll need a wheel puller , they're cheap and use
two long bolts ~ remove the nut and split washer , oil up the rusty threaded
holes in the steering wheel's hub and run a tap in them to clean up the threads
.
Install the puller with two matching length bolts
Use regular as the I6 engines are very low compression and prefer low octane
fuels .
I don't live where ethanol free Motor Fuels are sold but I'd never use ethanol
if I didn't have to .
YMMV Etc.

Yes ;
If yu only have one connection you'll need to use a relay , they're cheap and
will make sure the upper mast jacket bushing/contact lasts forever .
