About all you can do is scour the junk yards.  The PCV was used on the fifties trucks, the big bolts, not for pollution control, but to keep dust out of the engine.  As for the valve cover, you can weld the openings shut and run a breather hose to the air cleaner, or try an aftermarket Wayne val

I got the Chevy Duty model.  It worked for about four years.  This last snow storm it blew a fuse and is now locked up.  I fortunately have a rebuilt vacuum motor to put in.  That's it with me and elecric.  The vacuum lasts longer, is US made, won't blow fuses, and works just fine. --- On Wed,
