I also wanted more circuits. I ran a 10 gauge wire off main connection at
starter to inside cab. There I mounted a fuse block I ordered from Parts
Express. It doesn't look stock but doesn't show either. Gives me 4 extra
circuits right from source.

On my 53 I believe it is part of the instrument lighting circuit. It is the
stock ignition switch and I used the Chevy Duty wiring harness.
