I did this swap on my '68 Chevelle years ago. My brake components came from
several different donor cars. Spindles were '70 Monte Carlo, rotors were '71
Cutlass, and calipers, master cylindar and prop valve were from a '70 Skylark.
The hoses that were on the calipers worked fine on my Chevelle.

The main thing to look out for is if someone tried to "repair" the low oil
pressure problem these engines can get by installing a "high-volume" pump kit.
Since the oil pump is just above the oil filter it's easy to spot: look for
one or two plate-looking areas between the front cover/o

match the exhaust pipe (stock tailpipe was 2 1/4"). Low-end and mid-range
