I was out of town.
Everything Fred & Bruce wrote is correct - I had the same problem in the
same car ('84 Delta), the faulty ignition switch on top of the column
caused the fusible links to blow once when on highway and once again
shortly after fixing fusible links. This was several years ago on
Joe,
Mine made the Toro stop rolling like a boat in a turn.
Wonder how much better they would be painted?
Maybe I didn't need the big bars, poly, new bushings.

That was me -- I could swear that my dad's girlfriend had a Ninety-Eight that

So where in BC? Is this on Victoria? Does the buyer
need to pay to ferry it? So will it cost tons of
money to get it into the states? Saw a very similar

Is there anything other than a high performance camshaft the would cause an
engine to lope? This may be a little off topic. My brother bought a 68

I know someone looking for one. What is your asking price? And details
about car. I can't off hand remember where you live. Thanks, Troy

Just to assure you some more that pulling the engine may be necessary, you
could have the oil analyzed to check for metal.

Ok . . I know I was talking to someone from the list about this, but can't
remember who it was, and something came up about the front drive 3.8 V6.
I'd been under the impression that all of them were DIS, but someone said
they'd seen one with a distributor.
Well, I found a photo of one . . STRANGE

Randy,
I see nothing wrong with your auction text or pictures. You've made an
honest description. If I wanted a '67, I'd be tempted to buy her. Then I'd
have to install a 425, get a tri-power setup from Chirs...oh the
money...:-)))

I am with Milton. My guess is a rod or main bearing. You may do further
analysis by looking at oil filter and oil pan contents, but I'd pull the
engine at this point.

Yes. More than likely is surface corrosion on the contact strip that got
