eBay has been notified -- cowl tags are just as much prohibited as VIN
plates. Not too long ago there was that other idiot that was trying to
sell the VIN
plate, cowl tag and Georgia title to a "1970 W31 Cutlass" -- remember him?
It took me a couple of e-mails, but he was eventually shut
