the omnios box has 6 interfaces ( 2 e1000g and 4 igb)
somehow the LACP bonding between the igb

somehow the LACP bonding between the igb's and my cisco's will not stay in
sync, while the same lacp config runs fine over the e1000's :
channel 5 = e1000g's channel 6 and 7 are the igb
