After investigating a similar issue on Integration-SB-05, it looks like the
issue is not caused by the warning that " IP address '10.42.0.1' could not be
resolved" and it is possibly that the database was never instantiated correctly.

Here are the dmaap-dr-db logs.
In the logs:
IP address '10.42.0.1' could not be resolved: Name or service not known
However kube-dns is working. Does it can be the reason of my problem?
How can i fix it ?

Is this error regarding dmaap-dr-prov still present? Per development, the
dr-prov is the Datarouter Provisioning Server, and dr-node is the Datarouter
Node.

Have you tried to delete the pods and see if they restart successfully
afterwards?
There may be a connection issue to the dmaap-dr-db container.
If possible can you try to check the log on dmaap-dr-prov during start up.
