Hi, I already mentioned it in ONAP and OPNFV, the time MUST be in UTC - U means Universal, it is a reference to avoid confusion, it does not change whatever the timezone - in the agenda the meeting is at 2PM UTC, so it starts in 30 minutes... everybody usually knows the time change of his/her t
