Dear ONAP team.

We are experiencing some issues with timeouts which possible is related to
Ingress (which manages the external proxies for all services), as well as
nexus3.

To ensure that the Ingress service is running as smoothly as possible, we
need to bump it (to clear all the internal caches etc).

This should be a very quick operation, and we do not expect any longer
outage from this.
