A minimum of 8 years of overall IT experience is required, with at least 2-3 years in large scale server support. 5 most important skills are HP Blades and Enclosures Hitachi VSP AND HP 3PAR RedHat Linux VMWare Scripting High skill level and experience is required for the following: Server support experience, including blades and enclosures (preferred platform: HP). SAN switch experience. Enterprise storage system experience (preferred Hitachi VSP and HP 3PAR) Medium skill level and experience is required for the following: VMware system administration experience (preferred Version 5.x). OS System Administration Skills (both Red Hat Linux and Windows). Network Administration Experience (related to firewalls, LAN, DNS, etc.) Low skill level and experience is required for the following: Scripting experience.
