Design and document application screens using a wireframe approach. Estimate work effort to build and test the application. Lead a development team to build a mid-large size, externally facing, web-based workflow application incorporating the designed components and implementing user requirements as specified in workflow diagrams, use cases and additional functional specifications. *List the most important skills* Extensive experience (3-5 years) designing and developing enterprise .NET applications or components of enterprise .NET applications using C# and best-practice approaches to achieve a high degree of component reuse. Experience (1-3 years) developing *Sharepoint 2003* or later collaboration tools, specifically web-part integration. Strong experience with *Visual Studio 2003* or later. Strong experience (1-3 years) *building webservices*. Strong experience with *ADO and SQL Server*. Strong documentation and communication skills (written and verbal). Ability to follow *PDCA* (Plan Do Check Act). Strong interpersonal skills, Ability to handle multiple assignments at the same time, team player. Creative thinking for providing innovative solutions, including troubleshooting problems and applying root-cause analysis. Experience using a formal project development methodology. Ability to understand, document, execute user requirements. Understanding of UML, specifically deployment diagrams, activity workflows, class diagrams, use case diagrams. Experienced with Microsoft products (Excel, MS-Project, Visio, Power-point, Word).
