[Oorexx-devel] macOS installer

Is there is any major reason why we keep two separate installers for MacOS? We can build a *fat* binary containing both options as I know we did in the past. If I hear nothing I will move to a universal installer for Mac (I need to update some things for that). We will still be building & testi
