I have no idea what version of the code you're trying to build from,
but it's not the current one. To start with, the correct value for
DATATYPE_LOGICAL is 'O', not 'G'. But that's not really relevant,
because those constants don't even reside in RexxBuiltinFunctions.h
any more. They're defined
