Armando Yes it can be translated into Spanish and I think there was talk of a sponsor for the translation but must not have happened. But yes Evergreen ILS/OpenILS can be translated/used in Spanish. I am pretty sure you can transfer records from WIN ISIS though I am not familiar with that software

Win/ISIS is an old platform that was widely deployed at the recommendation of international development organizations (like UNESCO). It has long since halted 1st-party development. The software supports ISO 2709, but not MARC21. I believe some later versions improve a bit, but migrating between
