This is interesting to hear... At our library we haven't had this problem,
and we print our spine labels directly to the laser printer, because it is
the only printer in the staff area.
Our printer is a HP LaserJet (unsure of specific model number).
We are using Evergreen 1.4.0.2.

I need a complete list of the available canned reports. I've found a list
on the blog but there is no mention of bibliography reports on this list. I
was positive that it was on the list that I saw at the conference. Can
