Many times, when patrons put holds on items, they want to know where
they are in the Holds Queue. In Staff Client we can go to View Holds to
see where they are on the list. Is there some way for patrons to see
what position they are in the Holds Queue from their account in the
OPAC?

My best guess is that maybe the order of the 020 fields makes a
difference on how the book cover appears. We've encountered this
problem before on our system where the first 020 field is used to
generate a book jacket but it might be an incorrect one. All subsequent
ones are ignored
