We are using 1.6.0.4. From the opac we can create book bags but we cannot
add items to the book bag. We do not have a more actions button. Can
anyone tell me what setting I do not have turned on? Thanks.

It is probably easiest to download the 1.6.0.5 version of the affected file
here and replace the 1.6.0.4 version:
As we are already planning to upgrade to 1.6.0.5 this is not a hardship at
