Thanks, everybody, for the help with this one. I can't experiment today
because our Evergreen server went down and we're working at getting it
back up. (May I say that jabberd has a nasty bite? And so do our
circulators who have been scanning books into vi files all day - I
hadn't gotten around

Hi Mary
A 'claims returned' item will have data in the action.circulation
table in the following columns.
husk=# select stop_fines,stop_fines_time from action.circulation where
stop_fines like 'CL%' limit 1;
stop_fines |stop_fines_time
+
CL

Hi June,
I can't help with Provider Attribute Definitions, but I have had some luck
with the holdings tags. When I first tested acquisitions, Bill Erickson
responded to a query I sent to the list with the supported fields that can
be used on this tab - http://markmail.org/message/qpg7i7hjzqiry34k.

How important are the indicators here? If they do need to be 4 and 0,
we may want t
Hi Vicki,
There is a bit of an explanation on cataloguing electronic resources in the
documentation here which explains the second method:
http://docs.evergreen-ils.org/1.6/draft/html/electronicresourcesvisible.html
The advantages of the second method is that it provides a bit more flexibility
Hello Vicki,
There are two ways, actually. First, you can set the record source to a
"transcendant" source, which basically means "this record should show up
everywhere (i.e. when searching any library)". Details here:

Hi Folks
Thanks to the folks (PINES, ESI, DIG) that put together the 2.0 Acquisitions

Thank you. That looks like the info I need.

We have some online resources in html format which I want to catalog so
that they will show in the OPAC. On the staff side, I can get the link
to work by entering the 856 field. However, I can't find anyway to make
it come up in the OPAC. I thought about adding a holdings record but
that seems t
