Hello Jennifer,
We use the OPAC chapter of our manual for our patrons -
http://docs.sitka.bclibraries.ca/Sitka/current/html/opac.html
It's currently for 2.6 but we'll be updating it to 2.8 on July 13th
when our upgrade is complete.
Hope that helps,
Jennifer

Before I try searching the vast web and coming up empty, I was wondering if
anyone has created OPAC user guides for Evergreen for your location? It
would be great to look at some examples before I plunge into creating my own
from scratch. We have one for our former online catalog
Thank you!
Jennifer

We are at 2.6.3. Sometimes, when placing a hold in the staff client, we receive
a Patron has reached the maximum number of holds message. Some of our logins
can override this and others cannot. What permission controls the ability to

Thank you,
Scott

We have a very very basic Catalog FAQ page here on our public website
(and linked from within our OPAC):
http://www.kentcountylibrary.org/using/catalogfaq.php
It's short, but as befitting its name of FAQ it reflects the issues
that we get the most questions about.
