quick question, do they want to clear all bills over five years old or all
bills associated with transactions that are more than five years old? The

Hello,
With staff now being more mobile during Curbside and other activities, they are
not spending as much time at a workstation to check the Pull List and Pending
Patron consistently.
Is there a way that staff can get emails when there are new Pull List items and
Pending Patrons?
