What Elaine said ☺
Thanks Elaine for the detailed response. This is exactly the information to
describe ‘a real shelf list’ that answers my hasty post. Our cataloguers have
been referring to an outdated shelf list from a previous system to classify
certain publications to ensure call numbers
I too would like to see a real shelf list in Evergreen.

Our library uses the 090 in the bibliographic record to display Bib Call Number
search. Chris is correct in that the index is linked to a field within the
bibliographic record, not at the volume level. I believe you need to configure
your system with which field you wish to display. 050 may be
Hi everyone,
As the library that commissioned this work, I confirm what Kathy says is
correct. The data needs to be imput before right clicking will display the
values. The directions are correct as written below and the values are taken
from OCLC's manual, as Elaine states below. Only 6
There is currently no way to limit via indicators. This would require further

Hello Group,
As I cannot attend the conference this year and these topics interest me, I
wonder if notes will be taken and posted afterwards? (also applies for the
cataloguing interest group)
Many thanks,

My suggestion would be for more detailed documentation on the Alternate Serial
Control View, creating a subscription specifically. I'd like to see step by
step instructions with screen captures on what to expect.
This is not an area where we have no documentation, however, what is available

We are also experiencing this. We have about 15 titles that we cannot check in.
We have a ticket open and Anoop is working on it. If anyone else has this
problem, please post to the bug list as this will help speed up the development
process.

Hello list,
Is anyone else having trouble with the authority validation? We are testing on
2.2 and the red colour alert that indicates a heading is not yet authorized is
not functioning.

Hello list,
We will be migrating to Evergreen this year. We need to have some of our
training in French. I have checked with Equinox, Bywater and Lyrassis and they
do not have French speaking trainers. Can anyone offer any other suggestions?
Many thanks,
