Hi all!
We started a small think-tank in Vancouver with representatives from
various organizations. The goal was to get together and find out what we
wanted from Evergreen's Serials module and to see if we could find some
common ground to share.

I was testing PayPal in our Fenno-localized Evergreen instance and came upon an
interesting find in the TPAC templates. You can set the minimum payment amount
there. There is ready code for it, just change 0 to 5. I think we are going to
