advanced knowledge of web technologies, including C++, Java, Java Script,
HTML, CGI, XML, Perl, ASP, multimedia applications, database modeling tools

experience.
*Description:* Designs, tests, implements, maintains, and controls the
organization's physical, relational, and object-oriented databases across
multiple platforms and computing environments. Participates in the
development of data architectures and database management policies and
standards. Provides in-depth consulting services in the identification and
resolution of database issues. Participates in the planning, design, and
usage of data resources. May develop detailed data models and entity
relationship diagrams.
- Exp in MSSQL and MYSQL is required.
- Exp in Windows and UNIX environments is also required.
- Primary duties will be translating data models from MSSQL to MySQL and
reviewing current data model in MySQL to ensure standards are followed.
- DB design may also be needed.
