This individual should posses the skills as a team player and a creative thinker. The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to understanding the architecture and implementation of an existing e-commerce implementation, and architecting and implementing enhancements and routine maintenance while working independently or in conjunction with other developers to follow as well as provide support to complete tasks on time. Good communication skills are required to interact with clients in order to understand the business needs and logic of each project. Ability to lead a team of developers is also required. * * *REQUIRED Technical Skills:* - 8+ years of experience with designing and writing Web applications, including: - ASP.Net 1.1 and 2.0 with C# - Extensive experience with SQL Server 2000 - Sharepoint experience highly desirable - Experience in medium to large scale projects - Strong OO skills with proven record in architecting a medium to large scale solution - Extensive experience with Visual Studio - Familiarity with web services - Familiarity with front end coding - Awareness of tools and methodologies for software process (source control, bug tracking etc) - Familiarity with Team System highly desirable (but not required) * * *Skills / Qualifications:* - Bachelors' degree or equivalent work experience. - Experience with version control, issue tracking, and build/release management is desired. - Ability to perform within a highly parallel, task/module oriented project team. - Ability to deliver projects on time, with high quality, and within budget. - Experience in participating in multiple consulting or development engagements in parallel. - Ability to deliver full life cycle engagements. - Ability and desire to thrive in a high-pressure, client-services driven environment. *Responsibilities Include:* - Delivering projects on time and within budget, and with high quality. - Writing technical specifications as required, meeting the objectives of functional specifications. Specifically, identifying interfaces, methods, parameters, procedures or functions as required. - Designing and developing the Template Architecture, and other relevant portions of the Engineering Architecture and Engineering Technical Specifications. - Providing leadership to a team of Interface Engineers (IEs) and Associate Interface Engineers (AIEs). - Assisting the Project Engineer in the development of the functional specification of client projects. - Working collaboratively with the creative staff to decide interface implementation details and rich media interfaces. - Working with the creative team to verify designs are web safe. - Providing technical leadership in a designated area to the team. - Assisting in the development of the Quality Assurance Plan, Deployment Guide, Operations Guide and Engineering Technology Assessments as appropriate. - Participating in the implementation of Engineering group development methodologies. - Facilitating the education and skill improvement of other Organic personnel by supporting in-house training programs. - Perform unit testing. - Participating in code reviews. - Tracking and reporting on all personal tasks and time. * * Please make sure that your candidates have the required skills.
