As a dynamic and effective BA, you will liaise with business across all domains to understand their growing data needs and to develop requirements with the right balance of detail and design. The ideal candidate will have proven hands on experience working with data projects as a BA for a large organization. We are looking for a strong team member who can communicate with the business as well as IT. *GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES* - Create requirement definitions, KPI Documentation, wireframes, and agile user stories for EIS applications. - Create functional and technical requirements to identify project scope, cross functional dependencies, and future enhancements. - Create Source to Target mappings for data elements to show their progression from Data Ingestion, ETL, Staging, Data Warehouse and ultimately on a Dashboard or other reporting mechanism. - Review, refine, and document requirements using appropriate graphical & textual techniques, including use cases, work-flow diagrams, process models, functional and technical specifications - Use rapid prototyping designs of new user interfaces to solicit feedback from end users and incorporate the final designs in to requirement documents - Contribute to the tactical and strategic development of our BEIS Platforms including the Data Warehouse, reporting and analytical platforms. *QUALIFICATIONS* - BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or Business Administration or related field. - Experience with MicroStrategy 10.x, Tableau, or similar BI platforms - Demonstrated experience understanding how data flows throughout an organization. - Demonstrated experience gathering requirements and transforming them into business solutions. - Demonstrated experience delivering data solutions within an Agile construct. - Strong analytical skills with a high degree of detail. - Proven track record of working closely with customers and collaboratively delivering solutions to meet business needs. - Strong oral and written communications skills. - Demonstrated effectiveness in a fast-paced rapidly changing environment - Strong facilitation skills - Excellent organization and management skills - Extensive knowledge of industry standard development methodologies and technologies. - Has foundational experience playing a contributing role in full cycle software delivery as a business analyst, developer or quality expert (previous development experience preferred). - Understands, can participate in and lead solutions design. - Strong project management, leadership, and organization skills (PMP,PMP-ACI, CSM) - Understands the capabilities of key technologies (Data Quality, ETL, Data Warehouse, and Business Intelligence) and can quickly assess the applicability of commercial off the shelf technology. - Must be able to remain calm in pressure situations and adapt quickly to change - Must have the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision - Thanks & Regards, *Shivaji* *SVK Technology Solutions, Inc* shiv...@svktechinc.com 200 Metroplex Dr,Suite 401, Edison, NJ 08817 Fax: 609-754-3700 | www.svktechinc.com *An E-Verified company |An-Equal Employment Opportunity Employer* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Open Source Erp & Crm" group.
