ClearCase System Engineer 12 month Dallas, TX This Dallas-based industry leader has an immediate 12+ month contract opening for a ClearCase System Engineer. *Candidate must have experience with ClearQuest and/or ClearCase Administration, including experience automating builds utilizing Ant. Must also have Systems Engineering experience with Perl, SQL, UNIX, Unix Shell Scripting, as well as ClearCase UCM project support experience. Must have experience with Windows XP and UNIX Administration, along with Business Analysis, Project Management, and Project Planning experience using MS Project. Must be able to write technical documents and end-user documentation*. Will be responsible for responding to environment problems and implement resolution efforts across technology areas. Will be expected to provide Unparalleled Customer Service. Will evaluate, customize, install, implement and maintain developer tools, according to Customer/system requirements. Will plan rollout of tools to department, and provide technical support to users on the Rational tools including ClearCase and ClearQuest. Will also provide input into defining standards of tool use as well as processes surrounding the tools.
