Description:
Looking for a senior Salesforce.com Developer with 3-4+ years of SFDC
development work with 1+ years of development using lightning. Person
should have lightning only implementation experience as well as experience
doing SFDC customizations used as lightning.
Experience/understanding of the staffing industry is a plus based on the
industry they are in. This is a brand new implementation.
Their development process enforces that changes are made in sandboxes and
then a build server moves the changes to QA and then finally to production.
They do not make changes directly in production so having and understanding
of SDLC is important.
Admin tasks may be required- likely be ensuring users and profiles are
maintained, working with IT to ensure data in Active Directory is current
to provide an accurate sync between AD and Salesforce. Some configuration
will be likely but in a sandbox environment as part of the sprints.
