*Ø  **Managing support calls and conversing them into ServiceNow tickets.*

*Ø  **Addressing the issues related to Trackwise tool with in defined SLAs
Trouble shooting and coordinating with stakeholders.*

*Ø  **Managing and coordinating change requests for Trackwise tool.*

*Ø  **Supporting deployments and new releases.*
