1. 5+ years' experience with a variety of development technologies
2. Strong hands-on experience on JAVA/Spring
Framework/Hibernate/JUnit/Messaging/SOA
3. Strong SQL/Stored Procedure development in Sybase/ORACLE/SQL Server
4. Hands-on programming experience withWeb UI development (HTML,
JavaScript,
JQuery)
5. ETL/Informatica background (at least ETL concepts)
6. Strong Unix/Linux
7. Strong communication skills
8. Experience with an Agile Software Development Life Cycle, unit
testing,
and continuous integration
