Responsible for doing development based on project needs including modification, implementation, or conversion of business systems. Supports the process of translating business needs into formal technical requirement deliverables. Develops, enhances, debugs, supports, maintains and tests web based applications that support business units or supporting functions. Utilizes knowledge of technological alternatives, business requirements, and business environments to build technology solutions. Will collaborate with team programmers to coordinate delivery of software application. Works under minimal supervision, with general guidance from more seasoned consultants. Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with technical, business, and management staff. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop cohesive working relationships with internal and external clients. Strong time management and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple deliverables in a highly energized and fast-paced environment within a framework of constantly shifting deadlines and deliverables.
